Jet Force Gemini launches on Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription service in December, Nintendo has announced.
Jet Force Gemini is a 1999 third-person shooter developed by Rare for the N64. It revolves around a galactic law enforcement team who battle against the insectoid villain Mizar. In single-player you explore the galaxy, fight hordes of enemies, and save a race of survivors. Multiplayer has deathmatch for two to four players.
Jet Force Gemini is a part of the Rare Replay compilation for Xbox One that came out in 2015. This Nintendo Switch Online marks the game’s debut on Nintendo’s latest console.
Nintendo has slowly added to the Switch’s N64 library this year, most recently with the addition of Mario Party 3 in October. In September last year, Nintendo announced a wave of Nintendo 64 games coming to Nintendo Switch Online. Of the games in that wave, 1080° Snowboarding is yet to launch.
