Xbox Is Working to Resolve Unresponsive Controller Button Issue

According to reports online, some players are experiencing unresponsive buttons on their Xbox Series X|S controllers, and Microsoft is already looking to fix this issue. As reported by sites like PC Gamer, some players have experienced an issue where pressing a button on the Xbox controller will not result in an action. This issue appears to affect players using the Xbox controller on both consoles and PC, apparently. Microsoft has issued a statement to IGN saying it is investigating the issue and working on a fix. Users are starting to share their experiences with faulty controllers online. One player tells The Loadout that the "Y" button is the one primarily malfunctioning for them.
