Microsoft says that virtual reality isn’t a focus for Xbox Scarlett as there isn’t enough demand for it.
Vice president of gaming at Microsoft, Phil Spencer, has said in a new interview with Stevivor at XO19 that virtual reality isn’t a big part of next-gen console Xbox Scarlett.
“We’re responding to what our customers are asking for and… nobody’s asking for VR,” Spencer said. “The vast majority of our customers know if they want a VR experience, there’s places to go get those. We see the volumes of those on PC and other places.”
