Jedi Outcast & Jedi Academy Coming to PS4 and Switch

Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast and its sequel, Jedi Academy, are coming to Switch and Playstation 4.

Initially announced during the Nintendo Direct on September 4, the classic sequel to Jedi Knight (Dark Forces 2) will be re-releasing on Sony and Nintendo's consoles on September 24th.

The re-release is being handled by Aspyr studios, who also confirmed that Jedi Outcast's 2003 sequel, Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy will also be re-released at some point in early 2020. “Delivering classic Star Wars games to modern consoles, with the experience maximized to take advantage of the latest controls and features, is a responsibility we take very seriously," said Elizabeth Howard, vice president of publishing at Aspyr. "We can’t wait to see fans reactions.”
