At Gamescom 2019, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot fans got their first look at the Cell Saga in action alongside the news that Trunks will be playable and the Goku and Piccolo's driver's lessons/car driving will be included.
Speaking to IGN's Max Scoville during IGN Gamescom Live, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot producer Ryosuke Hara discussed and showed gameplay of the Cell Saga that features the epic battle between Gohan and Cell.
Hara-san also confirmed that Trunks and his sword will be a playable character in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, joinnig such other characters as Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, and Piccolo.
