I've been messing around with the Sega Genesis Mini for a little while now, and so far I'm impressed. Going into it, I expected to find the level of polish M2 is famous for, and I wasn't disappointed. However, I was expecting just a little something more than the already-charming interface of the Sega Genesis Mini, and true to form, M2 delivered with the language options menu.
You've no doubt encountered language options in menus for countless software applications. It's a great way to mess with your friends: turn the language from English to something their wholly unfamiliar with, and see if they can navigate their way back without resorting to a factory reset. For every language menu I've ever encountered, the selection just... changes the language of the menu options. Standard, expected behavior. The Sega Genesis Mini goes further. See it all in action in the video at the top of the article.
